The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the popular attractions. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the curtains provide privacy for a good night's sleep. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat.
One minor drawback was the lack of cooking oil provided in the hostel kitchen. It would have been nice to have this basic ingredient available for use.

The staff were friendly and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy. Also, the location was convenient, being close to both the old town and the shopping district.
The bathroom arrangement was quite off-putting. It lacked privacy, as the stalls had open tops and bottoms, making it uncomfortable to use.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home during my stay. The location of the hostel was perfect, situated in a quiet street close to both the old city and the Jewish quarters. I also appreciated the full kitchen facilities, allowing me to cook my own meals. The hostel was clean and the common area was cozy and friendly.
One aspect I didn't particularly like was having to leave my shoes at the door and wear house sandals provided by the hostel. the hostel was located in a cold building with poor lighting at night, although the hostel itself was bright and comfortable.

I had an incredible stay at Evergreen Hostel. The owner, Nic, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He gave me valuable travel tips and even helped me navigate payment issues. The hostel had a cozy and eco-friendly atmosphere with lots of plants and zero waste initiatives. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The open kitchen area and privacy curtains were a bonus. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Krakow!
The showers were a bit leaky, but still manageable. Plus, the hot water took a little while to kick in.
